What are our Bonus Terms & Conditions?

 
1. To receive any bonus, players account balance has to be lower than 1 GBP.
2. Players with a pending withdrawal request cannot participate in any free / deposit bonus promotion.
3. All bonuses are subject to a minimum playthrough requirement.
4. Unless states otherwise, playthrough requirement for all deposit bonuses is 20 times the deposit plus the bonus amount.
5. Bonuses and promotions are not commutative; only one active promotion can be redeemed at a time.
6. Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of the management if abuse of promotions is suspected. All withdrawals will be audited and refused where there is suspected fraud at the casino management's discretion.
7. All bonuses unless stated otherwise are valid on Slots, Real-Series Video Slots and Keno. Wagering on other games while the bonus requirements are not fulfilled is forbidden, and will be deemed a violation of the terms and conditions which trigger the cancellation of winnings.
8. In the interest of fair gaming, a maximum of 10 GBP per bet rule applies (unless specifically mentioned otherwise). Breaking this rule during a bonus playthrough will cause your winnings to be voided.
9. Please note that some promotions have a maximum cash out limit, unless stated otherwise particularly in the terms and conditions of a promotion, deposit bonuses have a max cash out of x20 the deposited amount.
9.1 In the case of Welcome Bonus coupons and Promotions the maximum cashout limit is 10x the deposited amount. The winnings from the bonus that exceed the maximum payout limit will be deducted from the players account.
10. The casino reserves the right to change, amend, cancel or abort any promotional offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
11. Please note that bets placed on Roulette on color Red and Black are not allowed, if contrarily any winnings generated will be voided. Also bets placed on European Roulette with an active bonus are not allowed.
12. Players are not allowed to redeem consecutive free bonuses and rewards; at least one real deposit has to be made between those bonuses. Management has the right to void bonuses and any winnings in case of such breach.
13. Winnings derived from comp points accumulated from the use of consecutive free bonuses mentioned in point 12 will be void.
14. In order to withdraw winnings from free spins/registration bonus, unless stated otherwise, they are limited to 75 GBP and minimum real money deposit of 25 GBP is required without gameplay prior to processing your withdrawal request.
15. Winnings from Free Spins will be subject to wagering of 45 (forty-five) times.
16. Cash Bonuses have no wagering requirements but have a maximum cash out of 20x the Cash Bonus amount.
17. Cancelling a bonus by players can be made by contacting support 24/7. The bonus can be cancelled as long as the player did not make a single bet.
18. Bets made towards the Lobby Jackpot DO NOT COUNT towards wagering.
19. In the case where a bonus is added as a token of appreciation the maximum winnings on this bonus will be x20 the bonus amount.
 

Comp Points Terms & Condition

 
1. Comp points are earned by wagering in our mobile web, app, or desktop casino and only on cash balance or after bonus wager completion, and can be converted directly into cash. All users are automatically enrolled.
2. When you reach 100 Comp Points, you’ll be able to convert your points to cash in the Cashier.
3. 100 Comp Points will give you 1 GBP – there is no cap on Comp Points, the amount you can earn is unlimited.
4. Comp Points are free from wagering, and have a max cashout of 10x the Comp Points amount.
5. Comp Points must be redeemed when the users total balance is less than 1 GBP. Comp Points that are redeemed on top of a bonus balance or playable balance may cause a maximum cash out limit on the entire winning amount.
